We pride ourselves on the finer details of every job and make sure that it is absolutely perfect and doesn’t just meet, but exceeds the customers expectations.
Having trust in the tradesperson you choose is essential. There is nothing worse than having somebody say that they will be there at a certain time and then not being there. At Timeless Tiling we work by the motto “if you’re not 10 minutes early, you’re late”! Reliability is extremely important to us as is our professional reputation. We will always be punctual to jobs or if we are behind schedule for any reason no matter how small we will call ahead to let you know. It drives us mad when people are late so I’m sure it does the same to our customers!
Going above and beyond to exceed client’s expectations is so important to our business. Finishing a job with quality that we would expect in our own homes is paramount and we don’t want to ever leave a job without a customer feeling happy to recommend us to their friends and family. In addition to this, leaving a job clean and tidy everyday is not just expected, it is essential.
All of our tradespeople have professional tiling qualifications and are trained in the use of natural stone. We ensure that all of our staff have advanced product knowledge, are trained in health and safety and are also qualified to carry out work for both domestic and commercial jobs. We are a covid compliant company and will ensure that all government guidelines are followed and adhered to.
What an unbelievable path! Quite a process from a few old paving slabs to create this beautiful Victorian pathway but the result is simply amazing 🤩
The customer was, as you’d imagine over the moon and even printed me some tiles to lay with my name and logo on 👌🏻🔹▫️🔹▫️

The tiles are from @originalstyleuk and were supplied via @newimagetileskitchensbathrooms in Weymouth
A leak in the floor completely fest the laminate floor so the customer decided that it was time for a complete overhaul!
Everything was ripped up, insulation boards laid and then under floor heating installed before I could make a start on the Brazilian uncalibrated riven slate which ranged from 8mm thick to 14mm thick which was a bit challenging 💪🏻
Fair to say that it was all worth it and the results look absolutely stunning 😍
